Brad Rudner, the founder of a nutrition and health coaching business focused on helping parents of young children feel energetic, had been working hard on his website and developing content for his growing audience. Brad was also trying to manage the look and feel of the site, but was dissatisfied with the results. Brad was interested in a website redesign to capture the professional, expert and trustworthy position as a nutrition and health coach and to further grow his on-site and email newsletter audiences.
Reviewing the site, we agreed that it featured great content, but lacked a cohesive structure and presentation. In places the messaging was also challenging for a visitor to follow a single call to action. We identified a content layout to match the goals of the site to increase newsletter signups. We also worked with Brad to streamline communication with visitors and to refine his unique value proposition. In particular, we worked with Brad to refine the key messaging of the site to speak to his target audience -- parents of young children. In the end, Brad now has a site that has a professional, focused presentation that gives his content the spotlight. In addition, the direct communication with his audience has been focused to increase conversions into his growing mailing list.
